Gloria Ikilezi & Allen Roberts

Gloria Ikilezi is a PhD candidate at the University of Washington (UW) as part of its Global Health Metrics & Implementation Science program and works as a research associate at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME). Also a trained clinician, Gloria has led a range of research activities at the Infectious Diseases Research Collaboration (IDRC) in Uganda. Her main interests involve the implementation and evaluation of maternal and child health programs in developing countries, particularly regarding immunization and common infectious diseases.

Allen Roberts is a MD-PhD candidate at UW and was a Post-Bachelor Fellow at IHME. During his research fellowship, Allen was involved in a number of projects with IDRC, including analyzing Uganda’s subnational health trends, assessing drivers of health service delivery, and evaluating facility-based antiretroviral therapy (ART) programs.
