Consumers are generally becoming more aware of the implications of nutrition on their health, and one of the ways they monitor what they consume is by checking the front of pack and back of pack labeling during food shopping. What the nutrition labels contain and the levels of healthiness of foods in the UK retail market were explored in a new study published today in BMC Public Health.
